Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of Linkly. By using the site or a creator workspace you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Linkly lets approved creators turn eligible, supported Walmart and Amazon product URLs into short links, applies the affiliate tags configured by Linkly, and records clicks on those links.
Applications and approval
Access requires an application and our approval, which we may decline, pause or revoke at our discretion. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your account.
Retailer program terms
Links earn commissions only through the affiliate programs Linkly participates in, and those programs have their own rules, including Walmart's affiliate program through Impact and the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement. You must follow those rules when sharing links. Retailers can change or end their programs, reject traffic, or restrict where links may appear. Linkly is independent and is not sponsored or endorsed by Walmart or Amazon.
Disclosure duties
You must clearly disclose affiliate relationships wherever you share a link. See the Affiliate Disclosure and the creator guide.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- send spam, or post links in places where they are unwelcome or against a platform's rules;
- commit fraud, including fake or incentivized clicks, bots, or deceptive redirects;
- buy through your own links or arrange purchases to manipulate commissions;
- misrepresent products, prices or your relationship with a retailer;
- link to unsupported, unsafe or illegal products, or interfere with the service.
We may remove links, withhold or reverse earnings, and suspend accounts for violations.
Commissions and payouts
We do not guarantee any clicks, sales or commissions. A click is not a sale. Click-based estimates, where shown, are informational and are not payable balances. Verified commissions require eligible transactions reported by a retailer or network. Retailers may adjust or reverse commissions for returns, cancellations, ineligible items or invalid traffic, and any amount already credited can be reversed to match. Withdrawal requests do not automatically transfer money. Payouts are processed manually after review of confirmed balances, account details and program eligibility, and may be delayed while we await retailer payment. Any additional payout conditions must be communicated before they apply.
Disclaimers and liability
Linkly is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or retailer decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Linkly operates, without regard to conflict rules, and nothing here limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
