Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated October 1, 2026
"Linkly Platform participates in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on our site."
What this means
If you buy through a Linkly link, the retailer may pay a commission to Linkly or to the creator who shared it. The price you pay is not increased by the link.
Independence
Linkly is an independent platform. It is not sponsored, owned or endorsed by Walmart, Amazon or any other retailer. Commissions depend on the affiliate programs' rules and on the retailer confirming a qualifying purchase.
How tracking works
Linkly records a click when a short link is opened, then sends you to the retailer with affiliate identifiers. The retailer or its network may use cookies to attribute a later purchase. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Where to place a disclosure
Creators should place a clear disclosure before or right next to each link, in the same language as the post:
- Put it in the first lines of a caption, not after hashtags or behind a "more" tap.
- Repeat it in videos, spoken and on screen, near the recommendation.
- Use plain words such as "affiliate link" or "ad"; a profile bio alone is not enough.
